In 2001, GAMA Network Solutions, LLC was formed in Knoxville, Tennessee with the business attitude of “Professional Service with a Personal Touch”. Owner Alan Smeltzer had experienced the “kicking boxes out the door” business models for years and instead, chose to focus on providing Outstanding Support direct from IT Experts.  Alan knew that for a business to stay strong within the current and future world of technology, it would need the support of experienced IT technicians and engineers that could think past today.

Technology and its ever-changing path can be a true asset for business, but it must, like any other business procedure, be applied in a manner that not only works for you today but will fulfill the needs of your business long-term.
