These Terms and Conditions apply to all conversational SMS communications between you and GAMA Network Solutions. By initiating or continuing SMS communications, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Definitions

  • Text Message Service: Any SMS or MMS message exchanged between your mobile phone number and a GAMA Network Solutions employee.
  • Opt-in: You consent to receive SMS communication from GAMA Network Solutions by texting us directly or by giving verbal or written permission.
  • Opt-out: Withdrawing consent to receive further SMS communication from a specific GAMA number.

Opt-in /Consent

By communicating with GAMA Network Solutions via SMS, you consent to receive personalized conversational, informational, or support-related messages. This may include messages initiated by you or resulting from providing your number in person, by phone, email, or by texting START.

Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Opting Out

To stop receiving messages from a GAMA Network Solutions number, reply STOP. This will end SMS communication with that specific number. You may continue to receive messages from other GAMA employees unless you opt out of each separately.

E-Sign Consent

By texting with us, you consent to receive these terms electronically via SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP.

Costs

GAMA Network Solutions does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.

Types of Messages

Messages you receive may include:

  • Technical support
  • Billing or account updates
  • Service scheduling
  • General work-related correspondence

GAMA Network Solutions does not send promotional or marketing messages.

Sample Opt-in Message

Sample Opt-out Message
